Strategic Mentoring Program | Strategic DFC Consulting LLC
Please read this document in full before submitting your deposit. By submitting your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
This agreement is between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Strategic DFC Consulting LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the provider of the Strategic Mentoring Program described on the sales page from which you arrived at this document.

The total investment for the Strategic Mentoring Program is $25,000.00 USD, payable in two installments as follows:
- Deposit: $9,997.00 USD, due at the time of application to reserve your seat in the program. This amount is processed at checkout via the payment method presented on the sales page.
- Balance: $15,000.00 USD, due in full via wire transfer within thirty (30) calendar days of your deposit date, or as otherwise agreed in writing with our team following your strategy call.
Wire instructions will be provided directly by our team following your strategy call and are never sent by unsolicited email or text message. If you receive wire instructions you did not request through your confirmed point of contact, do not act on them and contact us immediately at the number or email above.
Your deposit reserves your seat and initiates the application and onboarding process. It does not, by itself, guarantee acceptance into every component of the program; seat placement is confirmed following your strategy call, as described on the thank you page.
Failure to remit the balance within the 30 day period may result in suspension of program access, delay of scheduled mentoring sessions, and forfeiture of your reserved seat, at the sole discretion of the Company.
Because the Strategic Mentoring Program involves the immediate reservation of a limited seat, dedicated staff time, and the customization of strategic materials specific to your business beginning at the point of deposit, the following refund terms apply:
- Deposit ($9,997.00 USD): Non refundable once your strategy call has taken place, as this reflects time, review, and strategic work already delivered to you personally.
- Prior to your strategy call: If you wish to withdraw your application before your strategy call has occurred, contact our team in writing at support@strategic-mentoring.com. Requests submitted before the strategy call will be reviewed on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of the Company.
- Balance ($15,000.00 USD): Once the balance has been wired and the mentoring engagement has formally begun, it is non refundable, reflecting the ongoing allocation of mentoring time, strategic resources, and access provided to you.
All refund requests, where applicable under this policy, must be submitted in writing to support@strategic-mentoring.com. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method within a commercially reasonable timeframe.
Any income, revenue, or growth figures, testimonials, or results referenced on the sales page, thank you page, or during any mentoring session reflect the individual experiences of specific clients and are not typical or guaranteed. Your results will depend on numerous factors unique to you, including your industry, effort, existing resources, market conditions, and execution.
The Company makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty, express or implied, that you will achieve any specific level of income, revenue, or business growth as a result of participating in the Strategic Mentoring Program. All business ventures carry inherent risk, including the risk of financial loss.
Testimonials referenced throughout the sales materials are from actual clients describing their own individual experiences. They are not paid actors, and results shown are not implied to be typical or average.
The Strategic Mentoring Program provides business, marketing, and strategic consulting services. Nothing provided through the program, the sales page, the thank you page, or any related material constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for consulting your own qualified professionals, including an attorney, accountant, or financial advisor, before making business or financial decisions.
Both parties agree to treat as confidential any proprietary business information, strategies, financial data, or materials shared during the course of the mentoring engagement, and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strategic DFC Consulting LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your participation in the Strategic Mentoring Program, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
In no event shall the Company's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount actually paid by you to the Company under this agreement.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
- Entire Agreement. This document, together with the sales page and thank you page it accompanies, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Strategic Mentoring Program.
- Severability. If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Amendments. The Company reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your seat in the program without prior written consent from the Company.
